Apple and Mango Chatt

Serves five


  • 2 large Granny Smith apples cored and cut into thin strips (leave skin on)
  • 1 mango skinned and cut into thin strips
  • 3 green chillies (chopped)
  • 1 bunch coriander leaves (chopped)
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon rock salt (kala namak) 
  • 2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)


Mix all the ingredients in a serving bowl. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours and serve chilled.
