Serves five
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 large Granny Smith apples cored and cut into thin strips (leave skin on)
- 1 mango skinned and cut into thin strips
- 3 green chillies (chopped)
- 1 bunch coriander leaves (chopped)
- Pinch of black pepper
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon rock salt (kala namak)
- 2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
METHOD:
Mix all the ingredients in a serving bowl. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours and serve chilled.
